How do I arrange a trade return?
Trade returns must be authorised in advance by our Customer Service team. Stock should be unused, in original condition, and within the agreed return window. Please refer to our Warranty, Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

How are refunds processed?
Once an authorised return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued. Please allow time for processing. Any unauthorised or non-compliant returns may be refused or subject to handling charges.

How do I place an order?
Approved trade partners can place orders directly through our Trade website once logged in. You can also order via your dedicated sales advisor if preferred.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes. Order confirmations are sent by email, and you can view live order status in your Trade account. For updates on dispatch and delivery, please refer to your order history or contact our Customer Service team.

What if I need to amend or cancel an order?
If you need to make a change, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Amendments and cancellations can only be made before goods are dispatched.

What is the deadline for next-day delivery?
Orders received before 4 pm qualify for next-day delivery (excluding certain postcodes). Orders placed after 4 pm will be processed the following working day.
What are the delivery charges and minimum order values?

Machines: Minimum order value £200 nett. Orders under this value carry an £8.95 delivery charge. Up to three carriage-free orders per day apply. Lithium-Ion batteries over 100 watts incur a £19.99 delivery charge.

You can apply online through our Trade website by completing the registration form. All applications are reviewed by our team, and you’ll be contacted by a sales advisor once your account has been approved.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are processed within a few working days. During this time, our team may be in touch to confirm your business details. You’ll receive a welcome email once your account is live.

What warranty comes with your machines?

What if a machine develops a fault?
If a fault occurs, the machine should be referred to an authorised service dealer for inspection and repair. Only genuine parts may be used for warranty claims. Please contact our Customer Service team for support and to locate your nearest service dealer.

We supply only genuine parts for all Handy-distributed brands, ensuring quality, compatibility, and warranty protection.
How do I order spare parts?
Orders can be placed directly through the Trade website or via our Customer Service team. You will need the correct part number, which can be found in the product’s instruction manual, our parts portal, or through PartsSmart.
Is there a minimum order value for spare parts?
Yes. The minimum order value is £75 + VAT if ordered via the co.uk portal. Orders below these thresholds carry a delivery charge, as set out in our Delivery Policy.
Can you help identify the correct part?
Yes. Our Parts Customer Service team can assist in identifying the correct part if you supply the machine model and serial number. Diagrams and parts lists are available through our parts portal, and we also support PartsSmart to make part identification quicker and easier.
