Part Return Request
If you’ve received an incorrect, faulty, or unwanted part, please complete the Part Return Request Form. Providing full details helps us process your return as quickly as possible.
Include:
- Original order number
- Part number(s)
- Quantity and reason for return
- Supporting photos (if applicable)
Returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid authorisation reference.

Step 1 - Submit
Complete the online Part Return Request Form above with all relevant details.
Step 2 – Reviewed
Our Parts Team will review your request within 1–2 working days.
Step 3 – Return
If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Step 4 – Send
Pack the part securely, include your RAN, and return it to the address provided.
Step 5 – Processing
Once received, the part will be inspected and logged for credit or replacement.
Step 6 – Approved
Step 6 – Credit or Replacement Issued
Approved returns are processed within 5–7 working days, with credit or replacement added to your account.
