    How do I place an order?

    Once logged in, simply browse products, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You’ll see your exclusive trade pricing, quantity discounts, and live stock availability.

    Can I view stock levels before ordering?

    Yes – live stock levels are shown on each product page so you can plan your orders with confidence.

    Is there a minimum order value?

    Yes – machines have a minimum order value of £200 nett per order. Spare parts and Pre-Pack parts have a minimum order value of £75 + VAT

    Can I save my basket or repeat a previous order?

    Yes – saved baskets and order history are available under My Account, allowing you to reorder quickly.

    When will my order be delivered?

    Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched for next-day delivery (excluding certain postcodes).
